TITLE:  Kestrel's Contraband (Part 2 of 2)

DESCRIPTION:

Miss Betty returns with directions from The Dean to paddle Kestrel's bare bottom. This is a very serious offense and serious measures are to be taken. She is paddled until her bottom is black and blue, with tears streaming down her face. She is left in time out to calm down and recuperate.
