TITLE:  Jessica's New Shoes

DESCRIPTION:

Ms. Burns is not happy when she finds out that Jessica spent all of her allowance on one pair of shoes. She gives her a spanking and tells her that she is grounded. Ms. Burns then leaves Jessica in time out while she takes the shoes back to the store.
