Betty introduces new girl Summer to the Institute. The Dean then introduces himself, and learns that Summer did not even feel the need to wear a bra when she went before the Judge in court. Seeing this as a good learning moment, the Dean straps her on the bare bottom and welcomes her to the Institute.
