Tess is the first girl who was not spanked whose account we decided to go ahead and use. The reason being, she described for us an account of watching her friend get spanked. She related to us an account of being over at her friend's house and being caught smoking by the friend's mom. She states that it was in the 9th grade and they went over to her friend's house after school. Her mom was not supposed to be home for several hours, so the girls decided to have a quick smoke.
