DESCRIPTION:

Miss Betty returns to strap Kiki's bare bottom. She is instructed to kneel on a stool with her hands on the floor while she is strapped hard. Miss Betty then leaves her in an exposed position in time out until she hears the bell ring to dismiss her to class.
