Mr. M instructs Betty to take Syrena down to the basement with the belt, like the old days, to deal with her bad behavior. Syrena is bent over and spanked over her jeans and on the bare bottom. She is then left in time out to think about what just happened.

Kajira is met by Betty in The Dean's Office. Kajira has gone on a rebellious spree and decided to shave the side of her head. Betty questions how she could have possibly done that, as no one at The Institute could have supplied her with the tools to make it happen. Obviously this behavior is out of line, and Betty applies the strap to Kajira's bottom.
