DESCRIPTION:
Betty catches Jade and Monica rubbing each others sore bare bottoms. To remind the girls that this act is strictly forbidden, Betty asks the Assistant Dean to punish the girls. He arrives with a large leather strap which he then applies to Jade's bottom as Monica watches from time out.
