TITLE:  Riles Dress Code Violations Part 2
DESCRIPTION:
After strapping Riley in her dorm room the Dean returns to his office to review her file. Upon this review he realizes this is Riley's third dress code violation this semester, and delivers her 15 swats with the paddle.
