TITLE:  Brooke Is Paddled For Stealing

DESCRIPTION:

Ms. Burns leaves Brooke in study hall alone for a moment while she goes and checks on something. Brooke, in Ms. Burns' absence, decides to take her wallet that was left on the desk. When Ms. Burns returns and realizes what has happened she confronts Brooke. Brooke denies everything and after Ms. Burns found it in her desk she says it was only a joke. Ms. Burns feels Brooke needs a serious consequence for this infraction. She is brought up to the front and given a twenty swat paddling until she is crying and apologetic.
