TITLE:  A Naked, Outdoor Paddling Monica Will Never Forget.

The Dean has grown tired of girls deciding that some part of their uniform is optional. As a result, he decides to come up with what he sees as optional articles of clothing. Monica is marched outside in the new uniform: shoes, socks, and a tie. She is then paddled until her bottom is black and blue.
