A: There are several possibilities why a video may not play, however they all have fairly simple solutions.
First we need to make sure you are using the correct player for the video file. RealMedia files (ending with a .rm) require the RealMedia Player, which can be downloaded for FREE at http://www.real.com/. Windows Media files (ending with a .wmv) require Windows Media Player, which generally comes pre-installed on most Windows systems. However if you are on a Mac, or your Windows Media Player installation has become corrupted you can download the latest player from Microsoft at http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmedia/
Second we need to make sure you have downloaded the video file to your computer. All our files, except the movie of the month on RealSpankingsPremium.com can be downloaded. To download a file you must Right Click on the link to the video file, and then choose "Save As..." or "Save Target As..." from the menu. Once the file has completely downloaded, try playing the file again in the appropriate player.
Finally if the file will still not play, there is the possibility that the file is corrupted. We do take precautions to make sure this does not happen, however it does every once in a while. If you would please contact us, letting us know exactly which file (Part 1 High Rez, or Part 1 700 kbps) you are experiencing a problem with, we will gladly look into this.
